Tongans...

They really know how to put on a state funeral. This is a spectacular way to send off their King. Even if the guy they're burying is a closet gay

Apparently he planned most of it himself lol. He wanted a "British military" send off the old-fashioned way.

Thats how all their kings and queens are buried though. Big huge catafalque carried by hundreds of men led by the usual defence force guards of honour. If it was british military he wanted, then he would've had a gun carriage haul him to malae kula instead of the traditional catafalque.

He would've planned the music that played as they were carrying him to the royal tombs (his favourite music - european classical music). He probably would've wanted it to be shorter than the usual 4hrs. I also have a feeling that the reason why the funeral was moved to Tuesday was because he wanted the 24hr vigils at the lying in state to be over and done with in one night instead of multiple nights of takipo (po faigaleo).

Felt sorry for all those people sitting out in the sun without hats and water (no hats or water allowed). lol

Tupou V, who appeared to have known for at least a year that his health was declining rapidly, had said he wanted a funeral recalling that of British Prime Minister Winston Churchill, rather than of Princess Diana.

As Tupou V passed out of the palace grounds, the military began a gun salute that lasted for 40 minutes. Church bells tolled.

The weight was daunting for each man, and as he flagged, another slipped in beside to take over. They never faulted and the platform followed the 200 men of Tonga's military forces, many of them carrying campaign medals from Iraq and Afghanistan.

He got his wish; it was ornate and dignified, full of Christian rituals and Polynesian rites - but never overwrought.

The idiots at Three News referred to his desire for a "British send off" - something they say was planned well in advance by the king himself.

All the Tongans at my school were wearing black. Hahaha.

They got beat up and were easy pickings - I even joined in!

(Just kidding...)

Good to see respect for the dead.

The Royal Corps of Musicians - a creation of George Tupou V - played Handel and Richard Wagner.

It sounds as though he had a say in this genre lol.

Anal sex can be a pleasurable experience for gay men, but there are a few things you should know before having anal sex and a few tips to help ease the pain.

Know how the anus works.
Before having anal sex, let's talk about how the anus works. The anus is the opening at the end of the colon which controls the passage of waste. Waste passes through the small intestines to your colon, then your rectum and finally out the anus. The opening and closing of the anus is controlled by the internal and external sphincter muscles (the most important muscles when engaging in anal sex). The sphincter muscle is a sensitive membrane with many nerve endings and thus the source of pleasure or pain.

Reduce the pain.
Pain associated with anal sex can be due to pressure or friction against the sphincter muscles, hemorrhoids or anal fissures. Some pain can be reduced by properly lubricating. Seek a gay-friendly doctor for assistance with hemorrhoids, fissures or other medical conditions.

Get to know your body.
The more familiar you are with your body, the more enjoyable anal sex can be. Each person's sphincter muscles react to penetration differently. Since the muscles control the opening and closing of the anus, you need to learn how yours works. Spend time safely exploring the sensitivity of your sphincter and how it reacts when you are relaxed or tense. Practice relaxation techniques such as deep breathing. Use a small sex toy, then gradually increase the size. Exploring the sensitivity of your sphincter is an exercise both you and your partner can enjoy prior to penetration. Openly communicate how you feel in certain situations: What makes you tense? What are your limits? Stop if you feel uncomfortable, experience pain or bleeding. The more you both know about your bodies, the better your anal sex experience.

Dispel anal sex myths.
Many gay men avoid seeking medical attention because they feel if they've had anal sex the doctor can immediately tell. Yes, the anus is stretched after anal sex, but it returns to normal soon after. If you think something may be wrong with your anus, see a gay-affirmative doctor.

just for you reeeeel...
